HC777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings given below wherever they appear:

2.4 KYC Verification

HC777 may request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC, passport, or utility bill) at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification requests must typically be responded to within 30 days. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the HC777 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. HC777 does not permit minors to register accounts or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.

By creating an HC777 account you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, that you are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction, and that online gambling is not illegal in your personal jurisdiction based on applicable laws.

HC777 actively employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. 4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are credited to your HC777 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits are typically credited within seconds to two minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to four business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Own Funds Only

5. Withdrawals

5.3 Withdrawal to Matching Payment Method

HC777 follows a matched-method withdrawal policy where practical — meaning withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where the deposit method does not support withdrawals, HC777 will process to the next eligible method on the account. This policy exists to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.

5.4 Wagering Requirement Compliance

Withdrawals from HC777 balances that include active bonus credit are subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus. 6.3 Bonus Expiry

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

6.5 Bonus Abuse

VIP points accrue as follows: sports betting earns 1 point per Rs 100 wagered; casino games including roulette and Teen Patti earn 2 points per Rs 100; slot games earn 3 points per Rs 100. 7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets on HC777 are accepted subject to available balance, market status, and maximum stake limits applicable to the specific market. HC777 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without explanation. Bets are not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued by the platform and displayed in your bet slip history.

7.2 Postponed and Abandoned Matches

If a sports event is postponed before it begins, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to the player's HC777 balance. If a match is abandoned after it has begun, settlement depends on whether a result has been determined at the point of abandonment. Matches abandoned after 90 minutes with a clear result may be settled at HC777's discretion in line with the relevant competition's official rules. 8.2 Technical Malfunctions

14. Amendments to These Terms

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under HC777's operating licence jurisdiction.
